The hotel is fairly clean, I loved its very good staff and location. Rooms with large sofa and the coffee machine, for example. Location adjacent to the park, the highway and Universal Studios.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.
This was a lovely property with a heated pool. Extremely friendly people working here.
Every detail in this hotel was good, I liked staff and location. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.
Disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.
Hotel was fairly clean and in a nice enough area short walk to Universal Studios and universal parks and premium outlets. It was cozy, and the beds were comfy.
The property was FAMILY-FRIENDLY. Give kudos to manager. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Pompanos, set within 15 minutes walk or so.
20 minutes drive to the airport. we had access to free wifi.

Low budget hotel, huge room and exceptional location. Food was nice. Spacious suite and nice bed. Absolutely excellant stuff provided a friendly service. We could n't complain about using free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
